"10 years ago we lost Amy Winehouse. It feels like it was yesterday. I remember seeing her perform at Rock in Rio, Lisbon. It didn’t go so well. At the time I thought she seemed lonely, without anybody that would protect her and take her far away, to a place where she could be safe. I guess we all failed her in some way, the press and tabloids, the fans and the trappings of fame. I don’t know. I think the world would be better with her voice still among us. She was one of the greats.
